8PM-10:30PM IN THE FOUNDERS MAIN DINING ROOM We're bringing back our singing sensation event. Now in the Main Dining Room, you can hit the stage with a heart stopping solo, grab your best friends for a fabulous duet, or just sit back and enjoy the show. We'll have a member charge bar, plus items from Cellar 91 will be available until 10 p.m. Event is complimentary, no registration is required, club casual attire.

6PM COCKTAIL HOUR, 7PM DINNER (SHOW TO FOLLOW) Beat the winter blues at Greystone's Comedy Night, headlined by the uproarious comedian Dean Napolitano, known for blending classic charm with a modern twist and engaging storytelling. Dean, who has shared the stage with legends like Don Rickles and Joan Rivers, promises an unforgettable night of laughter. Delight your taste buds with a carefully curated 3-course dinner—with a crisp romaine salad, chicken marsala, and top it off with a pineapple upside-down cake. Registration required, $55++ per person, club smart attire. MAKER'S MARK®MEMBER'S PRIVATE SELECT BARREL THURSDAY, JANUARY 18 6:30PM-8:30PM IN THE FOUNDERS MAIN DINING ROOM Exclusively for Members, this exceptional evening offers the rare opportunity to blend Greystone's 2024 Maker's Mark Private Select Barrel. Under the guidance of Tina Langley, Southeastern Diplomat for Maker's Mark, you'll delve into the art of bourbon crafting, participating in a hands-on blending session and blind taste tests. This exclusive event includes a bourbon-inspired grazing table, and three bottles of the finished product (available for pick-up once bottles arrive). Registration required, limited to 18 people, $175++ per person, club casual attire.

FRANCS & BLANCS WINE TASTING WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 17

6:30PM-8:30PM IN THE FOUNDERS MAIN DINING ROOM Explore the connection of South African and French wines. Join us for an evening with industry experts Suzann Laing of South to South Wine Importers and Ree Segars & Seth Hargett of ABM Wines, delving into the French heritage and style that makes South Africa the go-to destination for French winemaking innovation! PRINCESS BREAKFAST SATURDAY, JANUARY 20

9AM-11AM IN THE FOUNDERS MAIN DINING ROOM Royal delights and magical moments await at our Princess Breakfast. Feast like royalty with a breakfast spread fit for a queen and meet some of your favorite princesses who will make this event truly magical. Come dressed as your favorite princess and capture enchanting memories while you dance, craft, play games, and dine with royalty. Registration required, $25++ for adults and $15++ for kids ages 3-12, club casual attire.
