FAMILY BINGO SUNDAY, JANUARY 28

SONOMA-CUTRER EXPO WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 31 6:30PM-8:30PM IN THE FOUNDERS MAIN DINING ROOM Greystone's featured wine, Sonoma-Cutrer, is hosting a Wine Expo— complete with an educational tasting that promises an exquisite journey through the finest wines of the Russian River Valley. The evening's highlight is our exclusive Greystone 'Private Select Single Barrel Chardonnay Sonoma Coast’ 2022. Secure your spot for an evening of education, exploration, and extraordinary wines, all complemented by a delightful grazing table. Registrations required, $50++ for Wine Club Members, $55++ for Non-Wine Club Members, club casual attire.

5:30PM-7:30PM IN THE FOUNDERS MAIN DINING ROOM Traditional bingo meets a whirlwind of excitement! Enjoy a taco bar buffet dinner while our zany Bingo Jockeys lead the crowd in rounds of bingo, spontaneous activities, and engaging contests. Win exciting prizes that will keep the entire family entertained and looking forward to a night of unforgettable moments. Registration required, $27++ per adult & $17++ for kids ages 3-12, club casual attire.

KING CAKE CLASS WITH CHEF KAT WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 7

8PM-10:30PM IN THE FOUNDERS MAIN DINING ROOM Now in the Main Dining Room, you can hit the stage with a heart stopping solo, grab your best friends for a fabulous duet, or just sit back and enjoy the show.We'll have a member charge bar available, plus items from Cellar 91 will be available until 10 p.m. Event is complimentary, no registration is required, club casual attire.

5:30PM-7PM IN THE FOUNDERS MAIN DINING ROOM Roll up your sleeves (and dough) as we twist and bake our way to Mardi Gras perfection. Join Chef Kat Arredondo for a hands-on baking class where we will craft and roll pastry dough with expert guidance from Greystone's head pastry chef ! Enjoy refreshments while you learn & bake. Registration required, $20++ per person, club casual attire.

VALENTINE'S PRIX FIXE WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 14 5:30PM-9PM IN THE AQUA DINING ROOM

MOTHER/SONMASQUERADE FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 16 6PM-9PM IN THE FOUNDERS MAIN DINING ROOM Join us for an enchanting evening filled with Mardi Gras flair, where moms and sons can dance the night away in style. Don your masks, hit the dance floor, and create lasting memories. Enjoy dinner buffet and refreshments throughout the evening. Registration required, $55++ per pair ($25 for each additional sibling), club cocktail attire & masquerade attire encouraged.

Celebrate love at Aqua's special Valentine’s Prix Fixe Dinner available only on February 14. Begin your evening with a choice between Lobster Bisque or Winter Mixed Lettuce Salad, followed by Jumbo Gulf Shrimp or Roast Quail. Continue with Fresh Gulf Fish or Grilled Angus Filet Mignon, and sweeten the moment with our Warm Chocolate Molten Cake. Registration required, $85++ per person with $40 optional wine pairing, club smart attire.
