INTRODUCING Becky Heisner GREYSTONE PERSONAL TRAINER

Meet Becky Heisner, our new Personal Trainer at Greystone Golf & Country Club Fitness Center. A Birmingham native and proud mother of four, Becky holds a Bachelor's and Master's in Education. She's passionate about culinary arts, poolside leisure, and has traveled to eight countries. Becky has completed her Personal Training Certification through the International Sports Sciences Association and has been actively shadowing seasoned trainers while leading Group Fitness classes such as Pilates, H.I.I.T., Total Body Basics, and any classes she can help with within our Ignite Fitness Program. Her dedication to empowering others on their fitness journeys is evident, and she looks forward to utilizing her expertise to help our members achieve their wellness goals.

Choose between a soothing Swedish massage or targeted relief with our Deep Tissue massage. Swedish massage promotes circulation and relaxation, while Deep Tissue targets specific discomforts with firmer pressure. Our skilled therapists tailor each session for a rejuvenating experience that enhances overall well-being.
