RESOLUTIONREVOLUTION: 365 DAY CHALLENGE! As we step into the New Year, our dedicated staff is committed to helping you achieve fitness and wellness goals. Take on the Resolution Challenge by incorporating these simple exercises into your weekly routine to boost strength, build muscle, and enhance your overall well-being! Every other day: • 100 push-ups total • 100 bodyweight squats total • 100 walking lunges total • 100 toe touches • 100 jumping jacks Break the repetitions up into increments of 5, 10, 15, or 20 throughout the day. The goal is to insert consistent movement throughout the day to increase your total daily energy output, increase bodyweight movement efficiency, and increase muscular endurance.
