SATURDAY, AUGUST 13 COUPLES NIGHT OUT: DISTILLERY CRAWL Arrival at 5pm, Departing from Founders at 5:30pm Our next night out is for the Couples; join us as we drop in to some of Birmingham's most popular distilleries & breweries! We're taking the luxury charter bus to Dread River Distillery, District Brewing, and the new Ghost Train location. Enjoy a beverage and charcuterie as we cruise downtown for a carefree night with your spouse and closest friends. $149++ per couple, includes a drink at each location, plus beverages and charcuterie for the road, Club Smart Attire. WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 17 DINNER ON THE GREEN 7pm cocktails and 7:30pm dinner begins at Founders Each month this summer, we're offering a farm-table style dinner under the stars. Join fellow members for an exclusive dinner featuring a four-course prix fixe meal presented by Chef Alan Martin with wine pairing served alongside the Founders hole #18 waterfall. THURSDAY, AUGUST 4 LADIES NIGHT: SANGRIA SUNSETS ON THE TERRACE From 6pm – 8pm on the Trophy Room Terrace Whether you love a smooth red wine or a sparkly white, there's a sangria out there for you! We will learn how adding a few simple ingredients can turn your regular wine selection into a party in a glass. We will have DIY sangria kits to take home while tasting the sangria we make in the class, plus a selection of different tapas and lite bites to enjoy throughout the night. $49++ per person, Club Casual Attire.

Drop your kids off at the pool for a groovy night of tie dye. We will provide tee shirts, but bring anything else you would like to dye. Kids will love the pizza and ice cream dinner, while parents can escape for a night out and enjoy our Dinner on the Green at the Founders 18th hole.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 20 JUNIOR CHEF'S COOKING CLASS From 11am – 2pm in the Founders Main Dining Room

Kids, grab your aprons and wash up for the kitchen line! We're hosting a Junior Chef's Kitchen with Alan Martin cooking up some pasta that we make from scratch. Kids will learn the basics behind kitchen safety while uncovering a newfound passion for flavor.

WED.–SAT., AUGUST 17–20 SEAFOOD JUBILEE WEEK IN CELLAR 91 Served during lunch & dinner in Cellar 91 Wait, what exactly is a seafood jubilee? It only happens two places in the world: Tokyo, Japan and the Eastern Shore of Alabama. Though it can be hard to time just right, conditions are best in the late summer months. When marsh waters pour into the Mobile Bay, seafloor dwellers climb to the surface like crab, flounder, and other delicious fish & shellfish. To celebrate this phenomenon we're serv ing up a special Alabama Gulf Coast Seafood Menu for four days in Cellar 91!
