SUNDAY, JULY 17 PANCAKES & PAJAMAS FAMILY DINNER From 5pm – 8pm in the Founders Main Dining Room School's out, and summer is in full swing, which means no one can judge you if you wear PJs all day. We're channeling that relaxed summer energy and serving breakfast for dinner at the Greystone Founders Main Dining Room from 5pm-8pm. Come wearing your coziest pajamas and enjoy a "brinner" buffet featuring a build-your own pancake bar: complete with colorful sprinkles, candies, and other assorted toppings, plus other breakfast classics! Decorate your own pillow case & watch cartoons while you dine with your family as we change up our kid's breakfasts for Pancakes and Pajamas! WEDNESDAY, JULY 20 NATIONAL HOTDOG DAY Offered from 11am – 4pm by the Turn outside Cellar 91 We're setting up a traditional hotdog stand at the Cellar Turn in celebration of National Hotdog Day. Enjoy a free frank with all the fixin's compliments of Greystone. WEDNESDAY, JULY 27 DINNER ON THE GREEN 7pm cocktails and 7:30pm dinner begins at the Founders #18 Each month this summer, we're offering a farm-table style dinner under the stars. Join fellow members for an exclusive dinner featuring a four-course prix fixe meal presented by Chef Alan Martin with wine pairing served alongside the Founders hole #18 waterfall. Seating is limited and expected to fill quickly, so go online to greystonecc.com to make reservations. $75++ for Wine Club Members & $85++ for Non-Wine Club Mem bers, Club Smart Attire. $17++ for adults, $12++ for kids ages 3-12. THURSDAY, JULY 7 LADIES NIGHT: PEACHES & PROSECCO BY THE POOL From 6pm – 8pm at the Adult Pool Ladies come out to the pools for a bubbly summer mixer. We're hosting a positively peachy party for Greystone Ladies and their friends. Come sip peach-inspired cocktails, bellinis, and light bites while relaxing with live music by the adult pool. We'll have a member charge bar available throughout the night and tastings of each cocktail included with your reservation. SAT.–MON., JULY 2–4 INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION See page 9 for details on this year's weekend itinerary for the Greystone Independence Day Celebration! Enjoy a scenic ride around the beautiful golf course while there is no golf being played. Bring your spouse or family (of up to four) on a cruise around the course during these gorgeous summer evenings. Sip a complimentary glass of beer or wine, a Member Charge Bar will also be available. WEDNESDAY, JULY 13 GRILL MASTER CLASS AT THE TURN Starting at 6pm by the Turn outside Cellar 91 Grilling is a fun and easy way to cook! Join our educational cook ing class as we will feature steaks, chicken, sausage, ribs, fish, vegetables, and smores using different types of grills & cooking techniques. We will learn the important facts about brining, time and temperature cooking, direct and indirect heat, the best bbq sauces, and more. We will grill, barbeque, and smoke our way to a delicious southern spread. Follow the smoke to the “turn” across from the Cellar Patio. $35++ per person, Club Casual Attire.
