Approve Dues Levels Approve By-laws Change Agree to Food Minimum Change Approve Restructuring of Legacy and Fitness CPI increase in dues beginning 2021 Change to a 90-day notice of resignation and 60-day notice of downgrade in membership category for 2018 and beyond. Once Approved we will host a couple of member information meetings and send a letter to the membership communicating the changes and why we are making them. This should take place in early November before the Annual Meeting. Establish a working committee of past, present, and current Board to work on HOA and club merging.
