Greystone Member Code of Conduct

GREYSTONE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB

DINING & SOCIAL RULES

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS Each Member is responsible for making dining reservations. Reservations are honored on a first-come, first served basis. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee that they can dine at the time or location of their preference. The staff will do their best to accommodate each Member. Reservations for special Club-hosted social or dining events, including but not limited to holiday functions and themed dinner nights, must be canceled forty-eight (48) or seventy-two (72) hours before the reservation, or the Member may be charged the amount of the fixed-price menu as applicable. Events with a seventy-two (72 hour) policy will be marked as such in the Club Newsletter. For no-show a la carte dining, reservations will be held 15 minutes past the scheduled time. A second no show will result in a $25 fee. Additionally, Members may not book duplicate reservations at both restaurants on the same night.

Cancellations for special parties or private events must be made in writing at least three days in advance, or a cancellation fee may apply. Members must cancel a reservation at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES All food and beverages consumed in the clubhouse and on Club Property must be purchased from the Club unless prior approval has been obtained from the Club’s manager. Birthday cakes are the one exception. Coolers are prohibited on Club property.

ALCOHOL Outside alcohol is not allowed without written approval from the General Manager.

Instances of intoxication on Club Property (including the golf course, tennis complex, aquatics facility, Fitness center, and common areas) will be reported to the Club’s manager for disciplinary action. Members need to understand the substantial liability on staff, management, and the Club for serving intoxicated Members or guests. Alcohol will not be served to minors (under 21). Employees may refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated. Members are advised not to operate a vehicle if intoxicated. No assistance will be provided to operate a vehicle if intoxicated. The Club’s manager or responsible employee may notify authorities if a Member or guest insists on leaving intoxicated to operate a vehicle.
