AQUATICS & LAKESIDE ACTIVITY CENTER RULES

POOL GENERAL RULES (See posted rules for each pool at the Aquatics Center)

1. At least one certified lifeguard must be on duty for Members and guests to utilize the pools. Members may sign a liability waiver for after-hours access to the Adult Pool. 2. All Members and guests must shower before entering the pool. 3. Maximum pool capacity is:

• 215 for the Family Pool • 135 for the Adult Pool • 36 for the Baby Pool

4. Persons with contagious or infectious health conditions are not permitted on the premises. 5. Arm floats, rafts, inflatable rings, and boogie boards are not permitted unless authorized by Management for the safety of swimmers. Only flotation devices approved by the U.S. Coast Guard are permitted. Lifejackets are available in the Aquatics Office. 6. Minors under twelve (12) must be accompanied by an adult or babysitter aged sixteen (16) or older who is registered with the Aquatics Office. 7. Proper swim attire must always be worn. Cut-offs, jeans, and underwear are not permitted. Suits should be in good taste, no high cut/ French cut, string bikinis, or thongs. 8. At the onset of bad weather, everyone must clear the pool and will not be allowed to re-enter until a 30-minute precautionary period has passed. 9. Persons under the influence of alcohol or other controlled substances will not be allowed on the premises. 10. No diving in the shallow area of the pool (5 feet deep or less). 11. No running on the deck. 12. Glass articles, sharp metal objects, weapons, or other materials deemed hazardous by Management are not allowed on the premises. 13. No pets are allowed except for guide dogs with credentials. 14. No gum or tobacco products are allowed on the deck. 15. Diapers are not permitted in the pool; however, swim diapers are available. 16. No throwing balls on the deck. 21. Unsafe behavior with deck furniture is not permitted, and neither is moving deck furniture. 22. Members and their guests are required to immediately report all accidents (including injuries and the presence of fecal matter or vomit) to a staff member. 23. Management reserves the right todismiss anyone for non-compliancewith theClubPolicies. 24. Members and their guests are responsible for all lost or stolen objects. *These rules are subject to change at any time at the Management’s discretion. One or all pools may be closed at Management’s discretion. For scheduled events, a 24-hour notice will be posted. 17. No rough playing, horseplay, dunking, shoving, or pushing. 18. No hanging or playing on ladders, steps, handrails, or fences. 19. No profanity or offensive behavior. 20. Personal music devices are not allowed except with earphones.
