Reservation Policies All prices advertised as “++” means 8.5% tax & 20% service charge. CANCELLATION POLICY All event reservations, unless otherwise noted, have a 48-hour cancella tion policy. RESERVATION POLICY To make reservations for social & dining events please call the Founders Reception Desk, login to the app or greystonecc.com, or use your mobile device and scan the QR code on page 15. GOLF SIMULATOR POLICY All simulation room reservations adhere to a 12-hour cancellation and adjustment policy. If any changes are made to the number of players or tee times in your reservation, you will be charged a late adjustment fee depending on the changes you've made. All players (including the bookee and their guests) must schedule a tee time of 30 minutes per player. CHILDREN'S EVENT POLICY Children under 5 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian at all times. Ongoing children's youth programs are designed for kids ages 5-12. *This policy does not pertain to family events, only our youth activities and programs. Dress Code Policies CLUB SPORTS Men and Women: Athletic wear that conforms to the golf, tennis, and fitness dress code. CLUB CASUAL Men: Slacks and a collared or mock collared shirt with or without a jack et. Hats, visors, and caps must be removed. *Jeans are permitted. Athletic wear, plastic/pool flip-flops, and t-shirts are not permitted. Women: Dresses and Skirts of appropriate length, business/pant suits, and dress slacks with tailored shirts, blouses, or sweaters. Hats, visors, and caps must be removed. *Sleeveless tops and jeans are permitted. Athletic wear, plastic/pool flip-flops and t-shirts are not permitted. CLUB SMART Men: Jacket or blazer, collared shirt and dress slacks. Women: Dresses and skirts of appropriate length, business suits, formal pant suits and dress pants with tailored tops/blouses. CLUB COCKTAIL Men: Suit with tie or tuxedo. Women: Cocktail dresses, evening gowns or dressy evening separates. President's Message

Dear Greystone Members, Fall is in the air. It’s hard to believe we are entering the fourth quarter of 2023. With the onset of fall, we are entering into the busiest time of the year for our Club. The weather allows more outside activities across our club. The Lakeside activity center is super active with pickleball and basketball. The tennis leagues are in full force, and the golf courses are overflowing with play. The Club has continued to offer great dining options at Aqua and Cellar 91. The specialty events such as Steak Week, Lobster Night, Wine Down Wednesdays, and the Wine Dinners have been a big hit at our Club. Thank you to our members for getting out and enjoying our Club! Once again, our goal is for Greystone to become the number one entertainment destination for our members. That said, I would like to tell you about our board retreat back in July. Greystone Board Members had a retreat to Baltimore to meet with a company called Chambers. Chambers is the company that designed the remodel of the Legacy Clubhouse. As board members, we have voted positively for Chambers to move forward with the design of a Founders Clubhouse remodel. The Founders Clubhouse is over 30 years old and could use the update. We are happy to announce that by the spring of 2024, the members will begin to see drawings for an update of the Founders Clubhouse. As membership has grown, our current clubhouse has simply become too small to hold events for its members. Of course, this remodel is several years away and will require a member vote. As a member-owned Club, I feel we must continue striving for the best Club possible. My fellow Board Members and I were blown away by the initial plans. I cannot wait for the membership to see what can be done with our Clubhouse. On the Golf front, I’m happy to let you know that all of our major projects are coming to an end. We’ve had two years of course interruptions. Last year, of course, with the Legacy Course update , and this year, the Founders irrigation project. The Founders irrigation project will come to a close by the end of November, and we will reap the rewards next spring. 2024 will bring uninterrupted golf with both courses being open six days a week, a majority of the year! There is simply so much good happening here at Greystone. Our leadership team is committed to making this the best Club in Alabama with your help, of course! I feel we can be one of the top clubs in the southeast over the next five years. As I move into the last quarter of my presidency, I can genuinely say it has been a blast serving Greystone. General Manager's Message

Dear Members, I hope you are enjoying the Club as we are entering the beautiful fall season. The weather is so perfect to enjoy time outside at the Club. The golf courses are in great shape and couldn’t be a better time to enjoy the courses with friends and family. Pickleball and Tennis are thriving with participation and so many members are enjoying the new cardio equipment in the gym. As you remem ber from my construction videos last year, Legacy outdoor bar and firepits are going to be the most popular spot in the Club this fall. We have increased the number and variety of kids and teen events for the last quarter of 2023. Check inside this issue for details and which events may appeal to you and your children. The food and beverage team is shaking things up a bit. In addition to new fall menus in Cellar 91 and Aqua we have changed the for mat slightly in Cellar 91 by reducing the number of “permanent” items for this menu change and will be adding several weekly spe cials to keep things exciting. Also, we will begin the weekly Sunday Brunch Buffet at Aqua on Sunday, October 15. We will no longer offer a la carte brunch in Cellar 91 on Sundays and will offer Wan da’s waffles and omelets every Saturday and Sunday (unless there is a conflict for a member brunch i.e., Santa Brunch). Congratulations to Jason Miller and Travis Cook for overseeing the installation of our new irrigation system at Founders. We are very thankful for the hard work and partnership of Leibold Irrigation, Inc. They are by far the leader in golf course irrigation installa tion. The pipe and head installation will be complete by the end of October and the team will work on the new pump house and installation of the new wet well. We anticipate the project being totally complete by the end of November.

There are so many great events planned for adults only and families for the last part of the year. Please make your reservations early for holiday events as they fill up fast. It is important to look at the cancellation date on each event. We have increased the cancellation time on the most popular events so the people on the waitlist still have a chance to get in if there is a cancellation. We have begun the process of planning for the future as we ap proach our first ever waitlist. The Board and management have engaged Chambers (the master planning and architectural firm who designed Legacy Clubhouse improvements) to develop plans for the Founders Campus inclusive of clubhouse, golf operations building and pool. We have also engaged golf course architect, Bill Bergin, to create a master plan for the Founders course. These projects are critical to the future success of Greystone and will be brought forward for member input and development, followed by several town hall meetings. Projects of this magnitude will take a long time to plan and implement, and all equity members will vote at the ap propriate time. The purpose of sharing this high-level information now is to let you know you have great stewards of the Club in your Board to begin this process for your consideration. I am very excited to share the holiday season with all of you and your families. I look forward to seeing you around the Club soon.
