Hello Greystone, Dalton Gillilan, Director of Fitness, here to share our fitness & well ness updates for the July-September quarter. This summer marks the launch of a new fitness group: Stroller Club . Moms and their kids can gather once a week to embark on regular walks throughout the Greystone Park, guided by Greystone Fitness Instructor, Shayna Crump. This is a great opportunity for new parents to meet other parents within the Club, and provide a fun, free activity for you and your little one to get out of the house and explore nature. On the wellness side of things, our Drip Club IV Therapy, overseen by RaeAnna Harper, CRNP, has some exciting new specials available now.
