D ear M embers , G reystone Golf &Country Club is setting sail on a 7-day Eastern Caribbean cruise from Miami on Norwegian Escape March 24-31, 2018 (Spring Break for Hoover City Schools). Booking a cabin on the cruise is open to all members and we’re excited for the chance to share this experience together as a Club. The first step is to book your cruise directly with NCL. Rates are held complimentary for 60 days, cabins booked after this time receive the current prevailing rates. Members will be able to access discounted group shore excur- sions and choose two perks per cabin (such as an unlimited beverage package or 4 nights of specialty dining). Here comes the great part… the Board has graciously approved an in- credible incentive with the Club’s Reach1000 Membership Campaign and we hope you’ll decide to join us in the fun! Each Member can ac- cumulate points towards a free cruise by referring new members who join between April 2017 and February 2018. Share the news with your friends that now is the time to join – new member initiation fees are increasing January 1, 2018. Points will be awarded as follows: • New Golf Member (Regular or Corporate) = 25 points • Social/Junior Member = 15 points • Non-Metro = 15 points • National Member = 10 points Once 50 points accumulate you’ll earn a free cruise for one person! Members accumulating enough points for a free cruise will be refunded in March 2018, based on the balcony starting rate of $1,386. Refunds for additional family members in the same cabin may also be earned in increments of 50 points. Member’s name must appear on Group Room List Report with NCL to validate reimbursement.
