CHEF'S KITCHEN: LIVE DEMO NIGHT 7pm arrival at Founders Main Dining Room

Forget the Iron Chef, we're bringing the heat of the kitchen into the Main Dining Room as Chef Alan Martin presents a step-by-step demonstration of your meal being prepared before you! Watch live and on the big screen as Chef Alan explains the various steps and skills needed to present and prepare an extraordinary 3-course meal.

FATHER DAUGHTER DANCE: UNDER-THE-SEA 6:30pm arrival in the Founders Main Dining Room Calling all Captains & Mermaids, dive into a magical celebration under the sea for our Annual Father/ Daughter Dance! Girls, don your mermaid dresses and coral crowns while you make priceless memories on the dance floor beneath the waves or at the nautical photo booth. Enjoy refreshments, food stations, and delecta- ble treats! For daughters pre-school through 8th grade and their escorts.

NAUGHTY WINE NIGHT 6:30pm arrival in the Founders Main Dining Room Cover up your blushing at this masquerade as we showcase Naughty Wines like the Menage et Trois, Ballbuster, Chateau D' Arse, Blindfold, and more! Join local wine reps as they introduce these risque varietals and enjoy bites from the charcuterie grazing table in the Main Dining Room.

LADIES NIGHT OUT: CAT & BIRD WINERY 5:30pm arrival at Founders & 8:00pm return Cat & Bird Winery is hosting the Greystone Ladies for a Night Out! Join us as we journey to Chelsea, AL on the party bus, complete with drinks for the ride. Ladies will get a chance to tour the venue, listen to live music, and enjoy unlimited tastings with cheese pairings.

ST. PATRICK'S DAY SPECIAL IN CELLAR 91 Served during lunch & dinner in Cellar 91 Enjoy classic Irish lunch & dinner specials like corned beef & cabbage, Reuben sandwiches, bangers & mash, and more. Sip green beer & enjoy live Irish music from 5-8pm.

Join Ryan Woody of Bardstown for an educational mixer featuring a grazing table and exclusive tastings of some of Bardstown's limited edition bottles & varieties.
