COOKING CLASSES WITH CHEF ALAN MARTIN
ENJOY A COOKING CLASS AND AN INTIMATE DINNER PARTY ALL IN ONE! A candlelit table for 12 will be set in the Legacy Kitchen at 6:30pm with specially selected wines to accompany each course. Journey through France, Italy and try your hand at the world’s most desired pastries & dessert. This hands-on experience is limited to the first 12 members to RSVP. Price per person is $69 and wine is included.

SEPTEMBER 5 TASTE OF ITALY Learn how to prepare homemade Pappardelle Pasta, Ravioli, & Potato Gnocchi & plate your own masterpiece.
OCTOBER 17 PASTRY & DESSERTS WITH CHEF KAT ARREDONDO Prepare pastry cream, pate brissee, fruit tart, and warm chocolate molten cake while enjoy- ing savory hors d’eovres along the way.
